PHD project: Management of underground aquifer recharging in UAE: Investigation on enhanced wetland- soil aquifer treatment(SAT) system.
Under supervision of Pr Kosmas PAVLOPOULOS

Personal Statement:

I hold a B.Sc. degree in Biosystems Engineering (Water, and Environmental Engineering) and M.Sc. degree in Environmental Development of Territories and Societies. During my master’s and undergraduate studies, I developed knowledge in GIS, Remote Sensing, and Water and Environmental visibility studies. In my master’s thesis, I carried out a visibility study on the possibility of using oil-produced wastewater for underground water aquifer recharging through Soil Aquifer Treatment (SAT). Also, I have been trained to write reports related to Watershed Management, and Environmental issue i.e. global warming.

Education:

Sep.2024- present Ph.D student at Sorbonne University: Ph.D thesis proposal is about Management of underground aquifer recharging in UAE: Investigation on enhanced wetland- soil aquifer treatment(SAT) system.

Sep. 2020-Nov 2022 MSc in Environmental Development of Territories and        Societies, Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi
